Invinchy is a free web tool that extracts structured data from invoice and receipt images and PDFs using AI. The service is provided “as is” and is intended to help users quickly digitize invoice data for personal or business use.

Acceptable Use

You may use Invinchy for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Use automated tools to mass-extract data beyond normal use.
• Reverse-engineer the extraction service.

No Warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered extraction may contain errors. Always verify extracted data before using it for financial, legal, or tax purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Invinchy and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to inaccurate extraction results, data loss, or service interruptions. You use the service at your own risk.

Usage Limits

We may impose rate limits or usage restrictions to ensure fair access for all users. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who abuse the service.

Intellectual Property

Your documents remain yours. We claim no ownership over uploaded content or extracted data. The Invinchy name, logo, and service are our intellectual property.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Invinchy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
